Globe Valve Classification According to Nominal Diameter, Structure and Connection Method

    1. Classification According to Nominal Diameter
(1) small diameter valves: nominal diameter ≤ 40mm.
(2), the valve diameter: nominal diameter DN is 50 ~ 300mm.
(3) large diameter valves: DN for the 350 ~ 1200mm.
(4) large diameter valves: DN ≥ 1400mm valve.
    2. Classification According to Structure
(1) cut-off patriarch: closed part along the valve seat center;
(2) plug: closed part is a plunger or ball, rotating around its own axis;
(3) gate-shaped: closed parts along the vertical seat center;
(4) Swing Valve: closed parts around the outside of the valve seat axis;
(5) butterfly valve: the disk of closed parts, rotating around the axis within the valve seat;
(6) slide valve: closed parts slide in the perpendicular direction to the channel.
    3. Classification According to Connection Method
(1) thread connection valves: valve with internal thread or external thread, and connected with pipe thread.
(2) Flanged valves: valve with flange, and connected with pipe flanges.
(3) Welding connection valve: body with a groove, and connected with pipe welding.
(4) Clamp connection valve: body with joints, and connected with pipe clamps.
(5) sleeve connection valve: use sleeve connected with pipeline.
(6) Each folder connection valve: bolt directly connect the valve and two piping to the folder.
