Common Problems And Precautions in Valve Maintenance

    1、the valve should be kept in dry and ventilated room, access to be blocked at both ends.
    2、the long-term storage valve should be checked regularly, removed dirt and oil, coated rust coating in the processing of surface.
    3、after installation should be regularly inspected, main check items:
(1) sealing surface wear.
(2) trapezoidal stem and stem nut thread wear.
(3) whether packing is outdated, should be replaced if damaged.
(4) when valve repair assembly, the sealing performance test should be carried out.
    4、When valves in the operation, all valves should be complete and intact. Flange and bolt on the support are essential, thread should be in good condition, does not allow loosening. The tighten nut on the hand wheel, if found it loose should be tightened in time to avoid wear junction or loss hand wheel. Hand wheel, if lost, does not allow to replace by flexible wrenches, should be promptly installed. The valve which is weak in rain and snow, dust, sand and other dirt contamination, the valve stem should install protective cover. The gauge on valve should maintain complete, accurate and clear. Valve seals, cap, pneumatic accessories, should be complete and well. Insulation jacket should have no dents, cracks.
